Home Visits

Home Visits are foundational to Key of Hope’s ultimate vision of life-long mentoring and discipleship. Each child involved in our program is visited by one of our caring adult staff every week, giving us the opportunity to assess basic needs and provide spiritual counsel and prayer.

Hope Academy

The native language spoken by the kids attending the programs at Key of Hope is Zulu. However, English is the second language here and most schools require the kids to be educated in it. From this need was born Hope Academy. Its mission is to supplement the children’s basic need to learn English, but also tutors the children in simple Math, classroom etiquette and helps them with their speaking skills.

M&M Program

M&M's stands for two milestones in a young adult's life: matric (senior year of high school) and1Item Quantity Check Box marriage. Our M&M's program focuses on this crucial period of life and involves
a variety of life skills providing: college prep, career guidance, and basic job skills.

Leadership Development

We start identifying leaders at a very young age, guiding them through a pipeline of increasing responsibility and leadership training. Along with providing a source of staffing (the majority of our staff are products of the organization), our leadership development programs equip young people to launch in to studies, careers, and fruitful lives.
